Regardless of the method, the same framework applies. The minimum is 300 hangers in total, and you can mix models, e.g. shirt hangers, clip hangers and coat hangers in the same order. The hangers are in stock in Denmark, printed or engraved there, and the delivery time is typically approx. 3 weeks from the time you have approved the proof. The logo can be on one or both sides.
The choice between printing and laser is not about time or quantity. It's about expression and the color of the hoop.
With pad printing, the color is transferred to the hoop with a soft silicone pad that follows the curved shape of the hoop. The design is placed as a depression in a printing plate, the ink is applied, excess color is scraped off, and the pad lifts the motif and places it precisely on the wood. This is why the method also works on varnished and rounded surfaces, where regular printing would rub off.
We print in 1 or 2 colors, and each color is a separate run. The colors are specified in Pantone Solid Coated. The standard palette includes Black C, White, Cool Gray 6 C, gold (871 C) and blue and red (286 C, 295 C and 485 C), and you can specify your own Pantone code.
Pad printing is the right choice when:
If the logo has multiple colors or color transitions, we typically create a 1- or 2-color version. You will see this in the proof before anything is printed.
Laser engraving does not use any color. The laser marks the surface itself, so the logo is permanent and cannot be worn off. The result is tone-in-tone: the logo is a different shade than the surface around it, typically darker on natural wood. Exactly how depends on the type of wood and surface.

The logo is an additional charge per hanger on top of the hanger's own price. The prices are exclusive of VAT and apply to the logo on one side:

An example calculation: 300 shirt hangers for 8.50 DKK with 1-color print on one side gives 16.00 DKK per hanger, 4,800 DKK excluding VAT for the entire order. Logo on both sides costs from 12.00 DKK per piece with 1-color print and from 14.50 DKK with laser for 300 pieces. The full price list is below stock hangers with logo.
The easiest thing to do is to try both methods on your own logo. In The logo designer You upload the logo as PNG or SVG, place it on the hanger and switch between 1 color, 2 colors and laser. The price is calculated along the way, and the setup fee is 0 DKK.
